Sound Healing is using a combination of sounds, and musical instruments on the body for deep relaxation and overall well-being. This may also include guided meditation and energy healing practices such as Reiki. This practice is very effective in clearing and harmonizing the chakras which are the energy systems that govern the body. You can think of the Chakras as processors in a computer that filter stress and negative emotions. Sometimes these areas get blocked or become overactive causing negative effects on one’s mental and physical health. My job is to cleanse and clear these blocks to help clients to restore balance in the body.
